PERISTALTIC
PUMPS
These are completely self-priming, positive-displacement pumps with no check valves or components in the fluid stream. The only material the fluid touchs is the tubing itself. Rated for continuous duty and useable from -100 to 120 C. These pumps can handle liquids, gases and slurries at pressure upto 15 psi for gases and 40 psi for liquids. Because the tubing can be sterilised, the Peristaltic Pump is the ideal system for sterile and other sensitive precision pumping situations. A variety of models are available to suit every application. Flow rate range is from as low as 0.1mL/Hr to 100 L/Hr.
SYRINGE
PUMPS : Syringe
pumps assure uniform flow of fluid by driving the plunger of a syringe
down its barrel. Glass and Plastic syringes of all sizes from 1ml
to 50 ml can be fitted on the pump. When the syringe is nearly empty, the
pump will automatically stop with an audio-visual alarm. The Flow rate
range is from 0.1 mL/Hr to 500mL/Hr.
AUTO
DISPENSER / SAMPLER : These
employ 3-Roller Peristaltic Pump heads controlled by a programmable
On-Off Timer controller to deliver repeated doses into Vials, bottling
plants, culture tubes,etc. The desired dose volume can be set by adjusting
the ON-Time (Filling time) of the Controller. The time interval between
doses can be varied by setting the OFF-Time. A Re-settable 4- Digit
Counter records the number of doses. Individual doses of desired
volume can also delivered by using the Manual mode
and pressing a push-bottom or remote Foot-switch. Continuous operation
is also possible by pressing the Continuous mode switch .
